Payment

We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, visa, mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments must be made at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that your appointment is specifically reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours business day in advance of your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for us to schedule another patient in your time slot. A late cancellation or no show will result in a fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
